· The Heat Treatment Console Unit is capable of providing complete temperature control on all of the 6 outputs.  The unit incorporates a 12 Point Chino Recorder which will print a full record of the heat treatment cycle

Each of the six channels in manual mode is controlled by energy regulators / mini controllers, neon lights indicate the on state of each of the circuits.

 

Change over switches fitted on each of the six circuits allows the unit to change from manual to fully automatic mode

 

The PTC 160 Automatic Programmer is a microprocessor unit which incorporates simple to set push buttons.  The easy to read LED provide indication of program position during the heat treatment cycle.  The actual temperature of each of the six channels can be seen in the right hand display panel when the channel is selected by the six way rotary switch
