Measuring 2.2m x 2.2m x 1.5m high our furnace oven is capable of fabrications of up to 2 tonnes in weight. If booked in advance we can have jobs stressed and ready for collection the very next day on most job specifications. For jobs not suitable for furnace heat treatment we also perform local heat treatment in house.

Heat Treatment Repair & Calibration Service As with most machinery problems seem to arise when you least want them to leaving process stalling and ultimately costing time and money. We can repair not only Globe Machinery but have vast experience in repairing all types of heat treatment plant. As we stock most components to cover the board we can provide a speedy yet cost effective repair service. I In order to keep your machines working efficiently it is recommended that stationary machines are calibrated on a regular basis whilst site machinery should be calibrated monthly or at each site as delicate instrumentation can fall out of calibration during transit from one site to the next.
