High Velocity Gas Equipment |

|
The Globe Gas Fired High Velocity Burner System provides up to 2,000,000 k cal/hr (8,000,000 BThU/hr) of on-site heat from a flame supervised, manually controlled, nozzle mix high velocity gas burner, which will operate on most commercially available fuel gases.
The Burner is a fabricated, all stainless steel, directly spark ignited, nozzle mix high velocity gas burner.
Fuel is Natural Gas or Propane at a supply pressure of 0.14-0.28 kg/cm’@ (2-4 lb/in@) at the inlet to the gas train. A separate gas governor, which forms an integral part of the system, will provide this pressure, accepting up to 12.25 kg/cm@ (175 lb/in@) at this inlet.
Combustion Air is fan blown, requiring a 380.440 V., 50 Hz., 30 A., 3 phase electrical supply - neutral.
Flame Supervision - Flame is supervised by a Honeywell flame relay and a U.V. flame sensor in conjunction with a high gas pressure switch.
Ignition is achieved by direct spark ignition by means of a continuously rated 110 V., 23 mA ignition transformer and fitted spark probe.
Supervisory Electrical Controls - The gas control system is designed for 110 V. 50 Hz operation.
Throughput and Ratio Control - Manual, by individual air and gas control valves.
